I hate the amount of time it takes places to do their hiring - it's frustrating. What's worse is when they don't even do you the courtesy of informing you if you are not selected so you're just left hanging.

The thing with agencies is to get in good with one and that way they call you for everything you might even be remotely qualified for. Believe me, the payoff sucks for the recruiter as well. You can place a $75/hr job and all the recruiter gets is a teeny tiny smidgen of that. The only one who makes money on temp agencies is the agency. Jerks.

I'll be writing all of November and then should go through the process of editing in December. So, if all goes well, there might be something to read in January.
