Supporting Cast/Glossary

Mr. POSSLQ/POSSLQ - Person Of Opposite Sex Sharing Living Quarters - this is the human with whom I share my home. None of the common terminologies really fit... Husband? nope. Boyfriend? nope. Significant Other? nope. Friend? yes, but that isn't quite an apt description. Housemate? meh. POSSLQ - yep, that's it! You can find his blog down in my blogroll...

Willow - The White Cat aka Bitey Thing. Willow is a little confused... when his previous owner picked him out, she was told it was a female kitten. First vet visit confirmed female kitten. Brought in to be spayed, was told could not be spayed but could be neutered. Adores Mr. POSSLQ.

Crystal - aka Lil' Bit. I went to PetSmart to get Chinchilla Chow. I came home with Crystal. She's a small, white cat with a big dose of attitude.

Diamond - The Chinchilla. A birthday gift. Named Diamond in part because I wanted to see people's reactions when I told them that the POSSLQ got me a Diamond for my birthday. She loves raisins. And destroying toys that have nuts inside.

Weedy - The Black Cat. (RIP) I had it in my head to get a kitten. I found someone giving a cat away and then heard that Weedy was an older cat... which does not bode well if you're giving up the cat and thinking of taking it to a shelter. She was very vocal and would smack your ass til she got the pettins. She also liked to sing Emo Kitty Opera in the wee hours of the morning.
